Frequently asked questions

The trial starts the moment you create your account, with no credit card required. You get access to every feature : reports map, team, public pricing, mobile app. At the end of the period, you freely choose whether to subscribe. No sales pressure, no automatic charges.

Zones are not exclusive. When a nest is reported in a municipality, the citizen sees the list of pros covering it, with their public pricing, reviews and certifications, and freely chooses the one they want to contact. The chosen pro receives the case (email and mobile push) and remains free to accept or decline. If declined, the citizen can turn to another pro in the area. What matters for you is not speed, but the quality of your profile : pricing, reviews, certifications.

Volume depends a lot on the municipality (density, presence of other pros), the season (peak between July and September) and your responsiveness. Before subscribing, use the coverage map above : each municipality shows the number of active teams and the history of reported nests, so you can target the zones most relevant to your business.

Yes. Every plan includes a number of users (see the plan details). You add your collaborators from your team space : they receive the same reports, share a common calendar and can respond from the mobile app. If you need more users, you can upgrade to a higher plan at any time.

The subscription is not freely cancellable at any time : in case of cancellation, six months of subscription remain due pro rata. However, you can pause your account out of season (typically November to March). During the pause, you receive no reports and pay nothing, and you keep your seniority on your zones when you reopen.

No. You remain free to accept or decline each report based on your workload, availability or the nature of the case (height, accessibility, nest type). Declining simply leaves the report available to the other pros covering the same area.

Price transparency is a WASPP commitment to citizens : they see at a glance what an intervention costs in their municipality. For you it's also an advantage : no negotiations lost over the phone, the cases you receive are already qualified on price and service. You stay in control of your pricing grid and can update it at any time.

It works the same as in Belgium, with one nuance : in France, territories are EPCIs (intermunicipal bodies) rather than individual municipalities. An EPCI groups several municipalities, which lets you cover a consistent intervention area with a single subscription. Plans show the number of EPCIs included, and the map displays the appropriate grid for each country.
